During your online session, we will slow down, quiet the noise, and intentionally create a peaceful space to connect with Jesus together. As a certified facilitator, my role is to maintain a safe, honoring environment while the Holy Spirit leads the entire process. Because each individual’s journey is unique, your session will unfold at its own natural pace, nothing is ever rushed, formulaic, or forced.

No preparation is required at all. You are welcome to come exactly as you are, regardless of your current emotional or spiritual state. If you feel led, you can take a few quiet, prayerful moments before we begin to ask Jesus what He may want to reveal, but this is completely optional.

No. Prophetic Heart Healing sessions are strictly prayer-based and focused entirely on spiritual deliverance, inner healing, and personal connection with God. They are not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, psychological counseling, or psychiatric treatment. However, PHH can be a deeply powerful, complementary addition to your broader mental health and healing journey.

Spiritual and emotional healing is a deeply personal journey, and everyone’s timeline is different. Some clients experience a profound breakthrough and feel complete after a single introductory session. Many others choose to invest in our 3- or 6-session packages for deeper trauma heart work, root resolution, and ongoing integration. There is never any pressure; we can discern your ideal next steps together at the end of your first session.

All sessions are conducted virtually via secure, private Zoom video calls. This allows you to stay in the comfort, privacy, and safety of your own home or office, no matter where you are located in the world.

I charge for heart‑healing sessions because creating a safe, Spirit‑led space requires time, preparation, training, and emotional labor. As a PHH Certified Facilitator, I invest deeply in each session—before, during, and after—to ensure every person receives trauma‑informed, compassionate care. The fee is not for God’s healing; that is His gift. The fee supports the stewardship, expertise, and professional structure needed to guide the process with integrity. It also allows me to offer this work sustainably, without burnout, so I can continue serving caregivers, healthcare professionals, and survivors with excellence. Charging helps maintain clear boundaries, honors the value of the work, and ensures that participants are committed to their own healing journey.

The intervention of angels is invited during a heart‑healing session because the Scripture shows that God often sends His angels to minister, protect, and support His people. Their presence is not the focus of the session — Jesus is — but they help create an atmosphere of peace, safety, and spiritual covering so the participant can relax and receive without fear or distraction. Angels serve as God’s messengers and helpers. In a healing session, their role is gentle: they guard the space, assist in spiritual protection, and support what the Holy Spirit is doing. Requesting their intervention is simply acknowledging the fullness of God’s care and allowing His heavenly support to surround the person as they walk through tender places of the heart. This practice is never about elevating angels or seeking them directly. It honors the way God works and welcomes every part of His Kingdom that brings comfort, clarity, and protection to the healing process.

Declaring victory for the participant is important because it aligns their healing journey with God’s truth rather than their wounds. In Scripture, God renamed Jacob Israel — not because Jacob had already changed, but because God was declaring who he truly was and what his future would hold. God spoke victory over Jacob before Jacob fully saw it. In a heart‑healing session, declaring victory serves the same purpose. It is a prophetic affirmation that the person is not defined by their pain, their past, or their struggle. It speaks to their identity, their freedom, and their restored future. When we declare victory, we agree with what God sees—not what trauma has tried to convince them of.

Rebuking cosmic beings before a heart‑healing session is an important step because it establishes spiritual safety and clarity. Scripture teaches that spiritual forces seek to confuse, distract, or interfere with the work God is doing in a person’s heart. By rebuking these beings in Jesus’ name, we remove anything that does not belong in the healing space. This is not about fear — it is about authority. Jesus modeled and taught that His followers have authority to silence anything that opposes God’s peace.

Coming into full agreement with the intercession of the Holy Spirit is essential because He is the true guide, counselor, and healer in every heart‑healing session. Scripture teaches that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us according to God’s will — He knows what the participant needs even when they cannot fully express it. When we agree with His intercession, we are aligning the session with God’s wisdom rather than our own understanding. Agreement creates spiritual unity. It ensures that the facilitator, the participant, and the Holy Spirit are moving in the same direction. This alignment helps the participant feel safe, supported, and clearly led. It also protects the session from human assumptions, emotional bias, or any influence that might distract from what God is doing.
